Can I reuse my existing designs?
Yes, you can freely resize or move your existing designs to fit the new embroidery area without incurring any additional charges. You only need to pay the standard digitization fee if you rotate the design or add new elements.
Will I be charged again if I use an existing design on the larger area?
No extra fees as long as you’re just resizing or repositioning. Since rotation or adding new elements requires fresh digitization, you would then be charged, but simple scaling or shifting doesn’t cost anything extra.
Can I still use the original, smaller embroidery area?
Absolutely. If you’ve already saved or synced a product template with the original 5.5" × 2" placement, you can continue using it. But when you start a new hat design now, the larger area is the default.
Can I use both standard and unlimited embroidery with the new placement?
Yes, just like before, you can choose either standard or unlimited embroidery for the larger area.
