Printful memberships give you access to discounts of up to 30% with Printful Growth and up to 33% with Printful Business and other valuable benefits that will help accelerate the growth of your business. By becoming a member, you can enter two free membership tiers when your yearly accumulated sales reach a certain threshold—$12K for Printful Growth and $60K for Printful Business. If you haven’t reached the needed yearly sales yet, you can subscribe to a paid Printful Growth membership and take full advantage of the benefits.

Do I need to sign up to become a member?
Yes, you must be a registered Printful user to subscribe to one of our membership plans.
Am I enrolled in a membership automatically?
No, you have to apply for a membership. Go to the Memberships section of your Printful Dashboard to apply.
Where can I see my sales progress to know when or if I’ll qualify for a free membership?
Go to the Membership section of your Dashboard. There you’ll find a progress bar with your monthly sales volume.
Paid Printful Growth membership:
We’ll check your yearly accumulated sales at the end of 30-day billing cycle to determine if you:
- Can be moved to the free Printful Growth membership for a year
- Can be moved to the free Printful Business membership for a year
- Taken out of the paid membership if we cannot charge you for the next billing cycle
Free Printful Growth membership:
- On the first day of each month, we’ll check your accumulated yearly sales to see if you can be promoted to Printful Business membership
- At the end of the 12 month free membership, we’ll check your yearly accumulated sales to determine if you:
- Remain in the free Printful Growth membership for another 12 months
- Can be promoted to the free Printful Business membership
- Are taken out of the membership program
Free Printful Business membership:
At the end of the 12 month free membership, we’ll check your yearly accumulated sales to determine if you:
- Remain in the free Printful Business membership for another 12 months
- Go back to the free Printful Growth membership
- Are taken out of the membership program
How long is my membership active?
Paid Printful Growth membership plan:
- Active for 30 days at a time, and we’ll automatically charge you for the next 30-day billing cycle
Free Printful Growth membership:
- Membership benefits are active for 12 months
- On the first day of each month, we’ll check your yearly accumulated sales to determine if you have reached $60K and can be upgraded to Printful Business membership
Free Printful Business membership:
- Membership benefits locked for 12 months

No, you can only buy a 30 day subscription plan. At the end of your 30-day billing cycle, we’ll check your sales progress, and you’ll be granted a free membership once you reach the yearly sales threshold of $12K for the Printful Growth or $60K for Printful Business membership.

Go to the Memberships section of your Dashboard to buy the paid Printful Growth membership. You can try it out with a 14-day free trial once per account.
Will my paid Printful Growth membership be charged to my current billing method?
No, you’ll need to add a billing method when buying a membership.

If you have registered via Shopify, your membership payment is handled by Shopify directly.
Are taxes included in the paid Printful Growth membership price?
Yes, the price of the membership already includes taxes.

- We issue no refunds if you cancel your membership during the billing cycle, but you can enjoy all the benefits until the end of the 30-day billing cycle
- If you fail to cancel your membership during your current billing cycle, your membership will renew automatically for the next 30 days
How can I cancel my paid Printful Growth membership if I have registered via Shopify?
If you have registered using Shopify, you can cancel your paid membership at any time from Printful’s dedicated memberships page.
How are my yearly sales calculated?
Yearly sales are calculated by taking your total order sum for the year, subtracting all discounts, shipping, and tax/VAT, and taking into consideration any digitization and Printful service fees like warehousing, design, photo, video, store setup, and more.
Can I buy the Printful Business membership?
No, the Business membership is only available as a free plan to customers with yearly sales threshold of $60K.
How can I change my membership from Printful Growth to Printful Business?

- We check your membership status at the end of your 30-day billing cycle to determine if your yearly sales have reached $12K to promote you to the free Printful Growth membership

How are the Printful Growth and Printful Business memberships different from the monthly discounts that were active until August 1?
The Printful Growth and Printful Business memberships give you higher accumulated discounts of up to 33%. The paid Printful Growth membership provides these benefits for a 30-day billing period, but the free membership tiers will grant you stable pricing for the next 12 months.
With monthly discounts, you could get a 5–9% discount for the next month, depending on your accumulated sales over the last month.
