- Connect your store to Printful. Choose from 20+ ecommerce platforms and marketplaces and follow the instructions.
- Once your store is connected, sync your products with Printful. There are 2 ways to do it—manually or by importing and syncing.
Add products manually
Choose this option if you have few products and/or you want to update your product descriptions, pricing, and mockup photos.
How it works
- Add new products using Printful and delete the ones you’ve created with your previous print-on-demand provider.
- To add new products, go to Stores and click Add product.
- Choose a product and start designing using the Design Maker. When you’re done with the setup, add the product to your store.
Import and sync products
Choose this option if you have many products and/or want to keep your existing product listings (descriptions, prices, mockup photos, ratings, SEO history).
How it works
- Go to Stores, click on your store, and switch on the Import not synced products from {your platform} toggle. This will start the non-Printful product import.
- Then, head to the Imported tab and pick a product you want to connect to Printful. Click the Sync product button.
- Choose the variant you’ll be syncing first (for example, one of your hoodies in color black, size 2XL).
- Click the Choose product button for that variant. You’ll have to select an equivalent product from Printful, assign a variant (in this example, it should be a Printful hoodie in color black, size 2XL), and upload design files.
- Once the variant is synced and if there are other matching variants, our bulk sync wizard will offer you to apply the same design configuration for all matching variants. See a video example.
- Repeat the process for all remaining products and variants. Keep in mind that you might need to disconnect these products from your previous print-on-demand provider to ensure there’s no double fulfillment.
- Revisit the product listing prices, descriptions, and images on your store to ensure they match those in your Printful account.
- Once the product sync is complete, set up your payment method. This will allow us to fulfill your orders automatically.
