Since all Quick Stores products are made to order, returns and exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse aren’t accepted.
However, we’ll take care of your customers if there’s an issue with their order.
Here’s what we cover:
- Damaged or defective items: Customers can request a reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photos may be required as proof.
- Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, customers must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Returned packages: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (like an invalid address or carrier error), Printful can reship the order to your customer.
