3. Requirements for the US domestic express shipping
To ensure your customers receive their orders with express shipping, keep in mind:
- Express shipping is only available for specific products that are sold, fulfilled, and delivered domestically within the US. To qualify for express shipping, the order must include only these eligible products. If it contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible products, standard shipping will apply.
- Express shipping is only available for orders that include a phone number. If an order doesn’t have a phone number, it will be switched to standard delivery. Configure your Shopify store’s settings to make the phone number a mandatory field during the checkout process.
Disclaimer: Express shipping is not available for military addresses or PO Box destinations.
4. How to enable or disable express shipping

- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Stores > Shipping
- Scroll down to the Standard shipping section
