We provide several shipping methods for both domestic and international orders, with delivery times based on the destination and shipping method.
Domestic shipping (US and Canada)
Here are the options available for domestic orders within the US and Canada:
- Flat Rate (Standard): Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
- Standard rate with CO₂ offsetting: Delivery in 3–4 business days after fulfillment. This method supports carbon emissions offsetting.
- Express: Faster delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
International shipping (US and Canada)
For international shipments from our US and Canadian facilities, available options include:
- Flat Rate (Standard): Delivery in 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
- Standard rate with CO₂ offsetting: Also takes 5–20 business days and includes carbon emissions offsetting.
- Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid): For Canada only. Delivery in 3–5 business days after fulfillment (up to 12 business days to the Atlantic region).
- Express: Delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
International shipping (Europe)
When shipping from our European locations, your international options are:
- Flat Rate (Standard): Delivery in 5–20 business days after fulfillment.
- Standard rate with CO₂ offsetting: Delivery in 5–20 business days with carbon emissions offsetting.
- Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid): For the UK only. Delivery in 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
- Express: Delivery in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
Live Rates (carrier-calculated shipping)
If your store platform supports it, you can offer Live Rates instead of the fixed methods above. Live Rates calculate shipping cost in real time based on the order's size, weight, and destination, and are available on:
- Shopify Advanced or Plus plans
- Shopify Grow plan with the $20/month CCS add-on
- WooCommerce stores
- Ecwid by Lightspeed (Venture, Business, or Unlimited plans)
- Custom stores built on our API

What about free shipping?
Printful still charges you for shipping regardless of the method above. It's a pricing choice you can enable so your customer sees $0 at checkout, typically by folding the shipping cost into your retail price. See Can I push new products with free shipping through Printful? to set it up.
