If you're looking to disconnect your store from Printful, it's important to know that simply uninstalling the Printful app from your ecommerce platform won't fully disconnect the store on Printful's side. Your store will still appear as connected in your Printful Dashboard, and you won't be able to link it to a different Printful account until it's fully removed.
To completely remove your store from Printful, follow these steps:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard → Settings.
- Select Store settings → General.
- Make sure the correct store is selected at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to the Remove store section and click Remove.
