Connecting your BigCommerce store to Printful lets you start designing and selling print-on-demand products in just a few steps. Once linked, your orders will automatically flow into Printful for fulfillment.
Step 1: Make sure you have accounts on both platforms
Before connecting, you’ll need:
- A Printful account
- A BigCommerce store — Start a 15-day free trial or choose a paid plan
All BigCommerce plans are compatible with Printful.
Step 2: Start the connection from your Printful Dashboard
- In your Printful Dashboard, go to Stores.
- Click Choose platform and select BigCommerce.
- Click the red Connect to BigCommerce button.
This will take you to the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
Step 3: Install the Printful app in BigCommerce
- Click Get this app on the Printful listing page.
- Log in to your BigCommerce account (or create one if you haven’t yet).
- Click Install and then Confirm.
- When prompted, log in to your Printful account again.
- Click Connect store.
That’s it; your BigCommerce store is now connected to Printful!
What happens next?
- BigCommerce may add sample products to your store automatically. You can delete or customize these at any time.
- You can now add new products using Printful’s Product Push Generator and start selling.
