All-Over Cotton is a new all-over print technique that allows you to create full-coverage designs on products made mainly from cotton.
It’s being introduced gradually with a limited selection of products, and more options will be added as the technique develops.
How it works
Like our other all-over print (AOP) products, All-Over Cotton items are made using the cut & sew method: your design is printed directly onto fabric, then the pieces are cut and sewn together.
The main difference is the fabric.
- All-Over Cotton uses mostly cotton with a small amount of elastane for comfort and stretch.
- All-Over Synthetic (our traditional AOP method, previously called Cut & Sew sublimation) works only with polyester-based fabrics.
Here’s the process step by step:
- Your design is printed directly onto cotton fabric using water-based pigment inks.
- The printed fabric is cut and sewn into the final product.
- The result is a full-coverage design with the soft, breathable feel of natural fibers.

Care instructions
All-Over Cotton products should be cared for the same way as other All-Over Print items:
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Do not bleach or dry-clean
- Iron with low heat
