No, the packaging we use for your orders doesn't have Printful branding anywhere on or inside a shipment's packaging.
Printful is completely white-label, so you can add your own logo. We'll print your logo on the shipping label and place it on the outside of most of your packages! Here's how to add your own branding:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard and click on Settings from the left side menu.
- In the Settings view, scroll down to the Stores section and click Branding.
- Choose your store and upload your brand logo from there, and you're done!
In the Packaging Slip settings, you can also include your own customized message, support number, or an email that we'll print on your packing slips.
Note that in some cases we fulfill your orders in our backup facilities. Orders routed to these facilities won't have customization options for packing slips or logo printing on the package. Some of our partner facilities also don’t offer this option.
