No, your shipments won’t include any Printful branding on or inside the package. We operate as a white-label service, so your customers only see your brand.
Add your own branding
You can personalize your packaging by adding your logo to the shipping label and customizing your packing slips.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard.
- Click Settings in the left-side menu.
- Scroll to the Store settings section and click Branding.
- Select your store and upload your brand logo.
In the Packing Slip settings, you can also add:
- A custom message.
- Your support contact details.
Use your custom packaging
You can use your own branded mailers to leave a lasting impression. Here’s how:
- Pick your packaging: choose the design and materials that fit your brand—whether minimalist and eco-friendly or bold and colorful; order your custom packaging in bulk from a supplier.
- Send it to us: submit your packaging for approval in the Warehouse section of your Dashboard; once approved, ship it to our facility.
- We’ll take it from there: we’ll use your custom mailers to pack your orders; give your customers a memorable unboxing experience.

When branding isn’t available
In some cases, orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partners. These locations don’t support custom packing slips or using your custom mailers, so the branding will not appear on those packages.
