You can personalize your packing slips by adding a custom message and even your logo. It’s a simple way to enhance your brand experience. If you’re selling on Etsy, gift messages from your customers will be automatically included on the packing slip.
Add a message to all orders
To set a default message and logo:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard.
- Click Settings on the left menu.
- Scroll down to the Store settings section and select Branding.
- Choose your store, add your custom message, and upload your logo (optional).
Add a message to a manual order
When placing a manual order:
- At the Shipping step, tick the box for Include a personalized message.
- Write your custom note. It will be printed on that specific packing slip only.
