You can personalize your packing slips by adding a custom message—and even your logo. It’s a simple way to enhance your brand experience. If you’re selling on Etsy, gift messages from your customers will be automatically included on the packing slip.
Add a message to all orders
To set a default message and logo:
- Go to your Printful Dashboard.
- Click Settings on the left menu.
- Scroll down to the Store settings section and select Branding.
- Choose your store and add your custom message, and upload your logo (optional).
Add a message to a manual order
When placing a manual order:
- At the Shipping step, tick the box for Include a personalized message.
- Write your custom note—it will be printed on that specific packing slip.
When the custom message won’t be printed
If your order is fulfilled in one of our backup or partner facilities, custom packing slips, and logos won’t be included.
