Why is my order not appearing on The Printful dashboard?

To ensure delivery to your customer, be sure to check "this product requires shipping" prior to saving your item when adding products in Shopify. 

If an order fails to process through to Printful, a manual order will need to be placed on your end via your Printful Dashboard.
