No, you can’t use your own digitized embroidery file. To make sure your embroidery comes out clean and professional, we digitize your designs ourselves to match the requirements of our machines.
What file should I upload?
We recommend uploading a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. For best results, we recommend using a file with at least 300 DPI.

How much does digitization cost?
Every new, unique print file you upload will need to be converted into an embroidery-compatible file. This process is called digitization, and the fee depends on the type and placement of your design:
- Standard embroidery digitization: USD 6.50 (EUR 5.75) per file
- Text Tool designs made in the Design Maker: USD 3.95 (EUR 3.70) per file
- Back or side hat embroidery: USD 2.95 (EUR 2.50) per file

Can I get digitization for free?
Yes! If you order 25 or more embroidery items in a single order, digitization is free for all your embroidery designs.
You can mix and match different products and include multiple designs, and it still counts toward the 25-item total.
