Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page on printful.com to start a conversation with us.
Chat via the Printful app
In the app, head to Settings → Customer support → Support chat. You can also upload photos directly from your phone if you need to show us something.
The chat options only appear when live chat is available, and our agents are online. If you don’t see it, it means chat support isn’t currently active.

Report a problem with your order
If there’s an issue with an order, go to your Printful Dashboard, open the order, and click Report problem. Be sure to include as much detail as possible—and photos really help!
