Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page on printful.com to start a conversation with us.
Through the chat widget, you’ll first connect with our chatbot, Sparky. Sparky can help answer your questions with tailored guidance based on information from our Help Center and other resources.
Sparky can also provide updates about your orders, such as tracking links, order status, and other details like whether an order is on hold, can still be modified, or is eligible for cancellation.
If needed, Sparky can also connect you with our support team when live chat is available and agents are online.
While we don't offer phone support, we’re constantly working on improving our live chat coverage so we can be there when you need us!
Chat via the Printful app
In the app, head to Settings → Customer support → Support chat. You can also upload photos directly from your phone if you need to show us something.

Report a problem with your order
If there’s an issue with an order, go to your Printful Dashboard, open the order, and click Report problem. Be sure to include as much detail as possible—and photos really help!
