Need help? We're here for you. Printful offers a few different ways to reach the Support Team, so you can pick whichever fits how quickly you need an answer and where you're working from.
Live chat
Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page on printful.com to start a conversation with us.
Through the chat widget, you’ll first connect with our chatbot, Sparky. Sparky can help answer your questions with tailored guidance based on information from our Help Center and other resources.
Sparky can also provide updates about your orders, such as tracking links, order status, and other details like whether an order is on hold, can still be modified, or is eligible for cancellation.
If needed, Sparky can also connect you with our support team when live chat is available and agents are online. Having your order number and the email address on your Printful account ready before you start a chat helps Sparky or an agent look into your order faster.
While we don't offer phone support, we’re constantly working on improving our live chat coverage so we can be there when you need us.
Chat via the Printful app
In the app, click on your profile icon, then Chat support. You'll land in the same chat experience available on printful.com, including Sparky.
Once connected with an agent, you can also upload photos directly from your phone if you need to show us something, which is useful if you're reporting a print issue or a damaged item.
Contact form
Fill out our contact form, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. This option works well if your question isn't urgent, or if live chat isn't available when you reach out.
Report a problem with your order
If there’s an issue with an order, go to your Printful Dashboard, open the order, and click Report problem. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, and photos really help us understand what's wrong.
