Yes, we can add branded pack-ins and custom packaging to your orders! Your packaging inserts can be anything from flyers and business cards, to stickers and hand-written thank you cards.
Pack-ins limitations:
- Maximum size and weight per pack-in: 6″ × 8″ × 1″ (15.5 × 20 × 2.5 cm), 2 oz. (55 g)
- Only available for orders fulfilled in fulfillment centers that offer warehousing services
- Can't be added to shipments containing only wall art
- If your pack-ins don't meet our requirements and we have to send them back, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping
- Can’t be added to pre-packaged products that are stocked in our warehouses
- If an order is routed to a facility where you don’t keep your branding materials, we’ll fulfill and ship the order without pack-ins.
Pack-ins cost:
- $0.50 per pack-in added to order
- $25 monthly minimum for storage
You can send us your custom poly mailers, bubble mailers, and paper mailers to our warehouses. We’ll add them to your chosen products once an order comes in.
Custom packaging limitations:
- Maximum size for each mailer in storing conditions: 35″ × 22″ × 0.01″ (89 × 56 × 0.025 cm).
- Maximum size for each mailer in shipping conditions: 35″ × 22″ × 18″ (89 × 56 × 46 cm).
- We can't use custom packaging for orders containing drinkware, wall art, structured hats, and stationery.
- If your custom packaging doesn’t meet our requirements and we have to send it back, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs.
- If your packaging isn’t the right size for a certain product, is out of stock, or isn’t available at the location where your products are fulfilled, your orders will be sent out in our white-label packaging.
- If an order contains multiple items that can be shipped together, and each of the items has a branding preset that includes custom packaging, we’ll put all of the items in one of your custom mailers. If your custom packaging is too small to fit all the items in the order, we won’t split your order into multiple shipments. We’ll put each item separately in a smaller custom mailer, add them all to the big white-label packaging, and ship them together.
- If an order is routed to a facility where you don’t keep your branding materials, we’ll fulfill and ship the order without custom packaging.

- $25 monthly minimum for storage
