Fulfillment time is how long it takes us to create your custom product before it ships out. This estimate doesn't include shipping, so to determine when your order will arrive, add the shipping time to the fulfillment time.
On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days across most production techniques and facilities. Exact timeframes vary by product category and fulfillment location, as shown below.

Most orders are fulfilled quickly. In fact:
- Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.
- More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.
A few reminders
- Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping time.
- The time your order spends in the "Waiting for fulfillment" status is included in the overall order fulfillment timeframe.
- If your order is put on hold, the fulfillment time is reset once the hold is lifted.
- On average, large orders may take a bit longer, but we'll still fulfill them within 5 business days.
