If your Printful account was created through an app like Shopify or Etsy, your account doesn't have a unique Printful password yet. You can log in through your ecommerce platform, or by setting a new Printful.com password.
To set a new Printful.com password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Printful login page
2. Click “Forgot password?”
3. Enter the email used when connecting your store to the Printful app
4. Password setting instructions will be sent to your email. Follow those and you'll be good to go!
