Our warehouses have fixed fulfillment fees in the local currency—USD for the US warehouses, CAD for Canada, GBP for the UK, and EUR for the warehouses in Europe.
We use a floating price for fulfillment fees in one location but charged in a different currency. The end price would also depend on the exchange rate, which is what makes it a floating price. We get our rates from ECB and update prices at the beginning of every month so they don't fluctuate every day.
Fulfillment fees will be charged based on the warehouse location and your Printful order's currency.
For example, if your store has USD currency, and we've received an order for a product stored in our USA warehouse, you would pay our fixed USD product fulfillment fee of $2.95. In case pack-ins are added to the order, you'd pay our fixed USD pack-in picking fee of $0.50 per pack-in added to order.
If your store has USD currency, and we've received an order for a product stored in our Europe's warehouse, the fulfillment fee will be the fixed EUR price of €2.55 converted to USD. In case pack-ins are added to the order, you'd pay our fixed EUR pack-in picking fee of €0.45 converted to USD.
