There are a few ways to remove your Printful account or user access, depending on your role. You can permanently delete your own account, leave an account you don’t own, or remove other users if you’re the account owner. Follow the steps below based on what you want to do.
To delete your Printful account permanently
This action is permanent—once deleted, you won’t be able to recover your account or any of its data.
If you want to permanently delete your Printful account:
- Log in and go to Settings → My account.
- Scroll down and click Delete account.
To leave a Printful account you don’t own
If you’re not the owner of the account and want to remove your access:
- Go to Settings → My account.
- Click Leave account next to the account you want to leave.
This only removes your user access from that account, but won’t delete it.
To remove another user from your Printful account
If you’re the account owner and want to remove someone else:
- Head to Settings → My Account → Users.
- Find the user you want to remove and click Remove this user.
Only account owners or users with the Admin role permissions can remove others.
