Yes! You can sell both Printful-fulfilled products and products you fulfill yourself or with another provider in the same store.
How it works
- Printful will only fulfill products that are synced with us.
- Products not synced will be ignored in our fulfillment process.
- Once your Printful products are shipped, we’ll update their shipping status and provide tracking numbers (for platforms that support this).
Shipping considerations for Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and WooCommerce users
If your store includes both Printful and non-Printful products, here’s how shipping typically works:
- Printful adds its own shipping profile or rates to your store when you connect your platform and start pushing products.
- For Shopify, Etsy, and eBay: These platforms support combining shipping rates from different shipping profiles. So if a customer buys both Printful and non-Printful items in the same order, the total shipping cost will reflect both profiles automatically.
- For WooCommerce: If you’re using Printful’s live rates plugin, the shipping selection at checkout is split; customers choose a rate for Printful items and another for non-Printful items. To make this work smoothly, be sure to set up flat rates for your non-Printful products, since our plugin won’t generate rates for those.
If you’re using another integration or a custom setup, shipping is managed entirely on your platform. Just make sure your rates are set up correctly for both Printful and non-Printful items.
