Printed apparel
Direct-to-garment (DTG)
We use high-quality inks and DTG printing technology for vibrant, lasting prints.
To wash:
- Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors
- Use mild detergent
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
- Avoid fabric softeners
- Don’t dry-clean
To dry:
- Hang-dry or tumble-dry on low
To iron:
- Use a cool iron inside-out
- Never iron the print
Proper care prevents fading, cracking, and shrinking.
Direct-to-film (DTFlex)
DTFlex printing offers vibrant colors that last longer than the fabric itself.
To wash:
- Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
- Use the recommended amount of detergent
- Don’t use fabric softeners
To dry:
- Tumble-dry on low or air-dry for longer-lasting results
To iron:
- Use a cool iron inside-out
- Don’t iron the print
Embroidered products
Apparel
To wash:
- Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Chlorine bleach is okay in small amounts (non-chlorine is better)
If you see color residue: Rinse in lukewarm water, then cold water several times - don’t rub the embroidery.
To dry:
- Avoid soaking or piling while wet
- Don’t wring out the fabric
- Use a cool air tumble-dry setting
To iron:
- Iron inside-out, ideally between two cloths
- Don’t steam or wet the embroidery
Hats
The best way to clean your caps is by hand-washing them. Machine-washing can ruin the shape and damage the embroidery.
To wash:
- Use a mild detergent (no bleach) in lukewarm water
- Gently spot-clean with a damp cloth if needed
- Avoid using brushes
If you're unsure, you can also check the manufacturer's label or search online for hat cleaning tips.
Backpacks and shoes
- Spot-clean with a damp cloth
- Hand-wash in cold water if needed
- Don’t brush the items
Do not:
- Machine-wash
- Bleach
- Tumble-dry
- Iron
- Dry-clean
Aprons
- Machine-wash at 86°F (30°C) or lower
- Don’t bleach
- Tumble-dry on a low cycle
All-over print items
Apparel, hats, fabric, and swimwear
- Machine-wash cold with like colors
- Don’t bleach or dry-clean
- Iron with low heat
Bags
Backpacks, fanny packs, duffle bags:
- Hand-wash only
- Don’t bleach, dry-clean, or tumble-dry
- Iron on low heat if needed
Totes and drawstring bags:
- Machine-wash cold without bleach
- Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry
- Iron on low heat
Home & lifestyle products
Pillows & pillowcases
Pillowcases:
- Machine-wash cold without bleach
- Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry
- Iron on low heat
Pillow inserts:
- Don’t wash, bleach, tumble-dry, iron, or dry-clean
Sublimation products
Socks, blankets, towels, laptop sleeves:
- Machine-wash cold (max 86ºF / 30ºC)
- Don’t bleach or dry-clean
- Best to hang-dry, or tumble-dry on low
Flip flops:
- Hand-wash with warm water and mild neutral detergent
Mugs
Microwave & dishwasher safe:
- White Glossy Mugs
- White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside (Hand-washing keeps them in top shape!)
Hand-wash only:
- Black Glossy Mugs
- Enamel Mugs (Don’t heat food or liquids inside)
Posters and canvas
- Keep away from direct sunlight and outdoors
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
Phone cases
- Remove the case from the phone
- Use mild soap and water with a cloth or sponge
- Air-dry at room temperature
- Avoid alcohol-based cleaners - they damage the print
Stainless steel water bottles
- Hand-wash only
- Not dishwasher safe (to protect the vacuum seal)
Wooden ornaments
- Wipe with a damp cloth
Yoga mats
To freshen up:
- Spray with water + a few drops of essential oil
- Dry with a towel
To deep-clean:
- Use a towel soaked in mild soap and water
- Rinse and air-dry
