We ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
Currently, we don't ship to:
- Crimea Region, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Venezuela
Shipping to Ukraine
We can still ship to Ukraine, but with limitations. Due to the ongoing war, most shipping carriers have suspended delivery services to the region, so we're only able to ship orders fulfilled at our facility in Latvia. Orders to Crimea Region, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic aren't deliverable, as noted above.
To see which items can be shipped to Ukraine, set your account's selling region to Latvia.
Shipping to Kosovo
The same restrictions apply to Kosovo. We only ship products from our Latvian facility, and the available products are limited.
Product-specific restrictions
Beyond the country-level restrictions above, certain outsourced products — including footwear, all-over-print outerwear, pajama sets, pet accessories, and select bags — can only be shipped to a limited list of countries due to regional manufacturing partner limitations, regardless of whether the destination country is otherwise unrestricted for our other products. See Are there shipping restrictions for certain outsourced products? for the full list of affected products and available destinations.
Carrier-specific disruptions
Some shipping carriers also pause international deliveries to certain countries because of natural disasters or other disruptions. You can check the latest updates on the USPS Service Alerts page.
Restricting countries in your own store
If you'd like to prevent orders from being placed to these destinations in the first place, rather than having them held after checkout, see How do I restrict certain countries from my store?
What happens if an order is placed to a restricted destination
It shouldn't normally be possible to submit an order to one of these destinations through Printful. However, if an order is imported from a connected integration, placed through the API, or otherwise makes it through to production, we won't be able to print a shipping label for it. In these cases, the order will most likely be placed on hold, which can lead to fulfillment delays while the issue is resolved. If this happens to one of your orders, you can either update it with a different, deliverable shipping address, or reach out to request a cancellation.
