We ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
Currently, we don’t ship to:
- Crimea Region, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Venezuela
Shipping to Ukraine
Yes, we can still ship to Ukraine, but with limitations. Due to the ongoing war, most shipping carriers have suspended delivery services to the region, so we're only able to ship orders fulfilled at our facility in Latvia. Orders to Crimea Region, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic aren't deliverable, as noted above.
To see which items can be shipped to Ukraine, set your account's selling region to Latvia.
Shipping to Kosovo
The same restrictions apply to Kosovo. We only ship products from our Latvian facility, and the available products are limited.
Carrier-specific disruptions
Some shipping carriers also pause international deliveries to certain countries because of natural disasters or other disruptions. You can check the latest updates on the USPS Service Alerts page.
