To list products on Amazon using Printful, you’ll add them through the Add product flow in the Printful Dashboard. Behind the scenes, this process uses something called the Product Push Generator, which prepares your product listing to match Amazon’s listing requirements.
Things to know when adding products

Start from the Printful Dashboard
- Go to Stores → Amazon or My products → select your Amazon store, then click Add product
- Select a product, customize your design in the Design Maker, and follow the steps to publish it to Amazon

Product syncing takes time
- It can take up to 24 hours for products to appear in your Amazon Seller Central dashboard
- If you don’t see them right away, that’s normal; just check back later

Mockups meet Amazon’s image requirements
- Product mockups generated during this process comply with Amazon’s image policies. If you choose to upload your own images through Amazon, make sure they follow Amazon’s product image requirements to avoid listing issues.

Edit product titles for search visibility
- Printful provides a basic title and description, but we recommend updating them to match Amazon’s listing standards. Using unique, descriptive titles not only improves your product’s visibility in search results; it can also help reduce listing errors during the product push process.

Handling time is set to 6 days
- Products added through Printful are automatically assigned a 6-business-day production time
- This helps prevent order delays and protects your account from late shipment penalties

Product weight is included
- The product’s weight is automatically filled in when it’s pushed to Amazon
- This supports shipping rate calculations based on Amazon’s template settings

Make sure GTIN or brand info is approved
- You need either a valid GTIN or GTIN exemption approved for your brand/category on Amazon
- Without this, your product may not publish correctly or could be rejected
