Orders fulfilled in Mexico that are shipped to the US won’t be charged customs duties, but they might be charged a sales tax if applicable. We transport all orders fulfilled in Mexico to a distribution center in San Diego, and we ship them out from there. Since products are technically shipped from the US, they won't be charged customs but will be charged a sales tax. Sales tax differs, depending on the final destination of the end customer. If Printful is registered as a sales taxpayer in the state where the customer lives, the specific sales tax of that state will be charged.
