How to enable free shipping
To enable free shipping when pushing a new product, navigate through the standard setup steps until you reach the pricing section. Simply toggle on the Free shipping option. You will notice the retail price automatically adjusts to include the shipping cost.
By choosing this, your customers won't see a shipping charge at checkout. However, since Printful still charges you for the fulfillment, we recommend reviewing your retail price to ensure your profit margins stay healthy.
How to offer free shipping for other integrations
For ecommerce platforms that don’t support enabling free shipping directly through Printful (like WooCommerce or Wix), you can still offer free shipping by setting it up in your store’s shipping settings.
Things to keep in mind
- Printful still charges you for shipping, even if your customers don’t pay for it directly.
- To avoid losing profit, include the shipping cost in your retail price.
