Where you send your pack-ins and custom packaging will determine which orders get them. We’ll only use your branding materials for orders fulfilled in the facility where they’re stored.

Branding material availability
We aim to fulfill orders at the facility closest to your customer. If an order is sent to a facility where your branding materials aren’t stored, we’ll ship it using standard white-label packaging instead. Here’s where you can currently send and store branding materials:
United States

- Toronto, Ontario (CAN/TO)
Europe
- Lidostas Park, Riga, Latvia (EU/LV)
- Barcelona, Spain (EU/ES) - pack-ins only
- Birmingham, UK - domestic shipping only
Mexico
- Tijuana, Mexico (MX)
How to choose the best location for my branding materials
You can’t fully predict where an order will be fulfilled, but you can make a smart decision about where to send your materials based on your customer base and product focus.
Are most of my customers in one location?
If the majority of your customers are in a specific region—like the US or Europe—send your branding materials to facilities in that area. For example, if most of your orders ship to US addresses, store your branding materials in US and Mexico facilities.
Do I sell worldwide?
If your customer base is spread across multiple regions, consider storing branding materials in multiple or all of the facilities listed above to cover more orders.
Do I mainly sell certain products?
- Print-on-demand apparel → Send branding materials to Dallas (TX) and Riga (LV).
- All-over print products → These are mainly fulfilled in Tijuana (MX) and Riga (LV), plus some partner facilities.
- Wall art, drinkware, stationery, or structured hats → These products don’t support custom packaging. Many of them also don’t support pack-ins (see full lists below).
Storing branding materials may not be necessary if these make up most of your sales.
