Yes, you can add pack-ins in manual orders and existing orders too!
To add pack-ins in manual orders:
- Check if the store you want to place the order from is enabled in your pack-ins settings.
Head to Inventory, click on the specific pack-in you want to add to orders, and on the pack-ins page, scroll down until you see Settings. Tick the store to which orders you want to add pack-ins. - Place the new order from your Printful Dashboard and choose the store that you ticked in step 1.
- That's it! Your order will have pack-ins added to it.
If for some reason you still can't add pack-ins to orders, check if your pack-ins are in stock at the fulfillment center where your order's likely to be fulfilled in (assess from the proximity to the delivery address and if the order's products are available).
To add pack-ins in existing orders:
- Check if the placed order was from a store that's enabled in your pack-ins settings.
Head to Inventory, click on the specific pack-in, and on its page, scroll down until you see Settings. Tick the store to which orders you want to add pack-ins. - Check if your pack-ins are in stock at the fulfillment center where your order's likely to be fulfilled in (assess from the proximity to the delivery address and if the order's products are available).
- Cancel the order where pack-ins weren't added.
- Place a new order from your Printful Dashboard and choose the store that you ticked in step 1.
- That's it! Your order will have pack-ins added to it.
Canceling orders for resubmission will reset their line in the fulfillment queue and may result in longer fulfillment times.
