Yes, you can—if your order is fulfilled at our Lidostas Parks facility in Riga, Latvia, you can choose HQ Pickup and collect it in person. It’s a convenient way to skip shipping fees and get your order faster, especially for larger or bulk items, gifts, or event merch.
How to choose local pickup
To use HQ Pickup:
- When placing your order, select HQ Pickup as your shipping method.
- Your entire order must be fulfilled in Latvia, and your shipping address must include a Latvia postal code.
- HQ Pickup is available for both registered and guest users.
You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. It will include pickup instructions, a map of the facility, and HQ Pickup working hours.

Pickups are available during business days:
Mon: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Tue: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Wed–Thu: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Fri: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Sat–Sun: Closed
Important to know
- Pickup is only available at our Lidostas Parks facility in Riga, Latvia.
- This option is not available for orders fulfilled outside Latvia.
- You can’t use HQ Pickup for orders submitted via store integrations or Quick Stores.
- Make sure to wait for the confirmation email before visiting. Orders aren’t available for pickup until that message arrives.
Can I see products before ordering?
Yes! Customers are welcome to visit the HQ Pickup reception area to see and feel a variety of product samples. You’ll find items from these categories:
- DTG/Embroidery: Popular shirts, hoodies, hats
- All-over print: Dresses, jackets, leggings
- Home & living: Pillows, mugs, posters
- Shoes: Slides, canvas shoes, etc.
What if I want my HQ Pickup order shipped instead?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, it may be possible to switch to shipping. Please contact our Support Team through our contact form or start a chat with us to explore your options and confirm the shipping costs.
