Currently, there are two different lists of categories in Square:
- Categories in Square Online, located in Square > Online > Items > Categories
- Categories in Square, located in Square > Items > Categories. This is the category that is displayed in Product Push on Printful. These categories are also used to organize products in Square Catalog.
Unfortunately, there is no way to sync both lists automatically at this moment, but you can do so manually in your Square settings:
- Recreate the category list by going to Square > Online > Items > Categories.
- Go to Item Library, select all the items from one category, and press Bulk edit.
- Then, press Add to Category and pick the category that you’d like to assign for them.
