The product review page is a place where you can leave a review about your purchased products. On the page you’ll find two input fields–product review and service review. The product review is meant for comments about the products, as it helps other customers choose if they would like to try them out or not. The Service review is meant for comments about services such as shipping, fulfillment, and customer service.
What should a product review consist of?
The review should primarily be about the product—the fit, the feel, the material, the construction, and its overall quality. If your Product review contains information about services unrelated to the product, such as fulfillment or shipping, your review might get declined.
Main keywords to avoid in the product review: shipping time/speed, delivery, fulfillment, fulfillment time/speed, customer service/support.
Any photos you add of your products should meet the content guidelines.
What should a service review consist of?
This review block is optional and can contain any comments about services unrelated to the product, such as shipping, fulfillment, customer service, etc.
Service reviews are not published on the product review page.
Do you filter out negative product reviews?
No. We post all product reviews, as long as they are about the product itself and not related to other services.
If there are any concerns about shipping or the product/print you have received, we suggest submitting a problem report so we can investigate the situation further.
Things to consider
Profanity is not accepted
We want to keep the language of the product review page as friendly as possible. That’s why we decline all reviews that contain swear words (both in text or picture format), even if they’re included for a positive emphasis.
No mentions of competitors or third-party businesses
Product and service reviews shouldn’t promote or advertise any third-party businesses. You can mention your own store as a reference as long as it doesn’t include invitations to shop.
