Branding presets allow you to automate your customer experience by pre-assigning specific pack-ins and custom packaging to your orders. Instead of manually selecting materials for every sale, you can create "kits" for holidays, special promotions, or specific product lines and apply them store-wide or to individual items.
How to set up your presets
- Prepare your materials: Go to Branding → Branding presets in your Printful Dashboard. If you haven't yet, you'll be directed to Warehouse → Inventory to submit your custom branding materials for approval.
- Create the preset: Once your materials are stocked in our fulfillment centers, go back to Branding presets and click Set up now.
- Configure and name: Give your preset a recognizable name (e.g., "Holiday Kit") and select the specific pack-ins or packaging you want to include.
- Assign to products: You can apply these presets to your entire store, specific products, or even individual variants. You can also choose a preset while adding new items to your storefront.

Multi-item orders
If a customer orders multiple items that have branding presets, we ensure they still receive a cohesive experience. They will receive their items in your custom packaging, but we will only include one unit of the designated pack-in to keep the presentation clean and reduce waste.
