Branding presets can be used for all Printful products. However, some Printful products require specific boxes to keep their quality intact during shipping and they can’t have custom packaging.
Printful products that can’t be sent in custom packaging:
- Stationery and stickers
- Wall art
- Drinkware
- Jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, earrings)
- Hats (trucker hats, snapbacks, baseball caps, 5-panel hats, mesh hats, visors)
If an order contains these products, custom packaging won’t be used regardless of the branding preset you’ve set up. Instead, products will be shipped using Printful’s white-label packaging.
