You can access the Custom Mockup Maker when:
- Adding a new product to your store
- Creating a product template
- Downloading a mockup in the Design Maker
You’ll be given the choice to use standard mockups or create your own with Custom Mockup Maker.
Where can I use custom mockups?
Custom-created mockups can be used across all integrations - they’ll appear on your storefront just like standard product images. You can create custom mockups for any product in the catalog.
What is a scene?
A Scene is a customizable layout for your mockups. Scenes can include backgrounds, props, and styles to match your brand’s look. You can use our pre-made Scene templates or save your own for reuse. They aren’t tied to specific products, so one scene can be used for multiple products.
How can I download a custom mockup?
Once you’ve finished your mockup in the Custom Mockup Maker:
- Choose Download mockups from either the Design Maker or Product templates section.
- After customizing the scene, you can:
- Return to make edits
- Save the scene for future use
- Download your custom mockup at 2000 × 2000 px resolution
