Which Ecwid by Lightspeed plan do I need to integrate with Printful?

To connect Printful with your store, you must be on the Venture, Business, or Unlimited plans. The Starter plan does not support Printful integration.

Venture plan

• You can connect Printful, use live shipping rates, and push products.
• Limitations include:
  • No automatic inventory syncing; stock updates must be done manually or via Business/Unlimited.
  • Products created via the push tool may lack true product variations, and won’t support multi-language titles or descriptions.
  • Mockup images don’t switch when a customer selects a color variant on your storefront; only one image is shown per product.

Business and Unlimited plans

• Both offer full Printful integration with:
  • Automatic inventory syncing.
  • Support for product variations (such as size, color).
  • Multi-language product titles and descriptions.
  • Variant-specific mockups that update customer-facing visuals dynamically.

Starter plan

• Printful integration is unavailable on the Starter plan.

• On Venture, you’ll get live shipping and basic syncing, but you’ll need to manage stock and variants manually, and your storefront may only show in English.
