What should I know about the 2026 All-Over Print fabric change?
Between September and October 2026, we’re updating the fabrics used in several All-Over Print (AOP) product lines. Two separate changes are happening, for two different reasons:
- Tijuana, Mexico facility (fulfills US orders): Based on customer feedback, we’re switching to thicker, more durable fabrics on select sweatshirt, leggings, and swimwear products. Fabrics at our Latvia facility remain unchanged for these product types.
- Latvia facility: To standardize sourcing between our Mexico and Latvia facilities, we’re switching select sports, shirt, pillow, and sweatshirt fabric products in Latvia to the same fabric already used in Mexico.
Print areas and care instructions are not affected by any of these changes — your designs and print files don’t need updating.

1. Tijuana, Mexico — products upgraded to a thicker fabric

The new fabric has a softer hand feel, more stretch, and a less compressive fit, along with better coverage and reduced transparency. Additionally, we’ve also introduced a new, more elastic thread to improve seam strength and elasticity. No action is required for this thread change. |
