How can I update shipping prices on my storefront?

Whether your shipping prices update automatically or need to be changed manually depends on how your store is set up.

Stores with automatic updates

If your store is integrated with one of these platforms and you use our rates, your shipping prices will automatically reflect any updates to our rates:

Stores with manual updates

If your store is connected to any other platform, you’ll need to update your shipping rates manually. Each platform has its own process for doing this. Select yours to see the steps:

Offering free shipping?

If you’re offering free shipping and have already included shipping costs in your product prices, your product prices won’t change if our shipping rates change. That means you’ll need to adjust your product prices manually if you want to reflect any updates.
