Why do my branding items have to be approved first?

Before we can store and use your branding materials, like custom packaging or pack-ins, we need to approve them to make sure they meet our guidelines. This helps ensure a smooth fulfillment process and protects your products during shipping.

All approval requests are reviewed within 2 business days. You’ll receive an email informing you about the approval process.

Custom packaging and pack-ins (like thank-you cards or flyers) must additionally follow specific size and weight limits to be stored and used in our facilities.

Pack-ins can’t be larger than 8 × 6 × 1 in (20 x 15.5 x 2.5 cm) or heavier than 2 oz (55 g).
Custom packaging must be a mailer (poly, padded bubble, or paper) and fit within our storage and shipping size limits.
We have to be sure that the submitted items follow our Terms of Service, Intellectual Property Policy, and Warehousing & Fulfillment Terms of Service.

If your packaging materials aren’t suitable for commercial shipping, we may need to return them, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
