How should I pack my inventory shipment to Printful’s warehouse?

When sending your branding materials—like pack-ins and custom packaging—to the warehouse, follow these steps to make sure your shipment is processed quickly and accurately:

1. Pack according to your shipment submission form

Match the physical contents of each box or pallet to how you listed them in your Dashboard shipment form.

For example, if you marked that Box #1 contains 500 thank-you cards and Box #2 contains 200 custom mailers, pack them exactly that way.

2. Attach packaging labels to the outside

Securely place the provided packaging label on each box or pallet.

You can find the packaging labels by going to your Printful Dashboard → Warehouse → Shipments. Open the shipment → Download packaging labels. 

3. Double-check label accuracy

Make sure the label on each package matches the actual contents and quantities inside. Compare the label details to your shipment submission form.
