Product reviews have a huge impact on choices that consumers make, therefore it is of importance that product reviews originate from customers who have actually purchased the product. Printful also considers this matter crucial and has made steps towards ensuring this.
Submission of a review
Only customers who have purchased a product and logged in to their Printful account from which the purchase was made can leave a product review. Reviews can be submitted as star ratings, commentary, and commentary with visual material. Each review is manually checked to make sure it comes from a real customer and entails information about the product.
Reviews that we publish
We publish both positive and negative product reviews. However, not all reviews are published (except for star ratings which are published always as is). We do not publish reviews that violate our Terms of Service or other customer policies.
We might reach out to customers to request the removal of sensitive information from the review or update the review with information about the product so that the product review is as accurate as possible. If a customer does not update the review or does not reply to our follow-up messages we do not publish such a review. If a customer updates the review, we publish the updated product review. If a review is not linked to the product itself, but e.g. about other services like shipping, and customer service, we investigate this issue and resolve it without publishing such a review.
