If you’ve pushed products from Printful to your TikTok Shop but don‘t see them in your catalog after a few hours, here’s how to fix it.
Product listings can take up to 2 hours to sync from Printful to the TikTok Seller Center. If more time has passed, additional factors might be preventing them from appearing.
1. Fulfillment requirements or ineligibility
TikTok may block products that don’t meet its SLA, for example, items not fulfilled within 3 business days or from the correct region. Printful automatically filters ineligible products, so you’ll only be able to push products that meet TikTok’s regional and speed requirements.
2. Sync or publishing issues in Printful
Products must be synced to TikTok Shop in your Printful Dashboard and published. Unsynced or unpublished products won’t appear in your TikTok store.
3. Publishing limits for new TikTok Shops
New sellers may face daily upload limits (e.g., 100 products per day). If you’ve reached that limit, additional products may not sync until the next day.
4. Account issues or policy violations
Restrictions or violations on your TikTok Shop account can affect product visibility, even if the integration is set up correctly. Check your Account Health and Notifications tabs in Seller Center for any alerts.
5. Regional restrictions or platform bugs
Occasionally, region-specific rules or temporary bugs can prevent your products from appearing. If everything else looks correct and your TikTok Shop app is updated, contact TikTok Support via the Seller Center chat.
