No purchase necessary to enter this giveaway. The giveaway is focused on Japan based Printful registered store owners, giving them a chance to get an Amazon gift card of 5000 Japanese Yen in exchange for sharing their experience with Printful via the giveaway application form (“Giveaway”).
1. Eligibility. Anyone who is a Japan based Printful registered store owner and has made at least 5 sales in the past 6 months (counting from May 1, 2022) can enter the Giveaway by sharing their experience with Printful via the Giveaway application form, available here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeep4QJfxsgLzGhxneUsOrBGTMZWzLUGxb4TqUtULnM5jqm6g/viewform.
2. Entry. The Giveaway application form requires the following information to be submitted for the entry to the Giveaway:

- Entrant's name that may be displayed on the Organizer's website.
- Email address used to register on printful.com.
- Entrant's honest review of entrant's experience with the Organizer.
- Entrant's store or brand logo.
- Photo of a Printful product with entrant's original designs in .jpg format.
- Entrant's confirmation that the entrant has reviewed and agrees to these Rules.
Only one entry per entrant is possible. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not comply with the requirements as per these Rules.
3. Organizer. The Organizer of this Giveaway is AS “Printful Latvia” on behalf of Printful, Inc.. Google LLC and Amazon.com, Inc. are not affiliated with the Giveaway in any way and are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or the awarding of the Prize.
4. Agreement to Rules. By participating in this Giveaway, and submiting their entry the entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
5. Modifications. The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Rules at any time. The entrant shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
6. Deadline. To be eligible for the Giveaway, the entrant must submit a fully filled out Giveaway application form betwen between November 21, 2022, 18:00 (JST) and December 31, 2022, 23:59 (JST) (“Giveaway Period”).
7. Prize. Amazon gift card of 5000 Japanese Yen that can be used on amazon.co.jp. The winner is responsible for using the Prize while it has not expired.
8. Prize announcement process. The winner will be selected by January 24, 2023, randomly using software from all the entries of the Giveaway that comply with these Rules. The Organizer will contact the winner via email and will announce the name of the by the Orgaizer by January 31, 2023, on https://printful.com/recent-updates. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours the Organizer can pick a replacement winner.
9. The Organizer will get full rights to use the content entrant publishes on Giveaway application form. By submitting entrants entry to this Giveaway, entrant grants the Organizer and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display the information submitted via Giveaway application form, in any media including posting it on the Organizer's website, social media accounts and various marketing materials for marketing and promotional purposes with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom. Entrant also agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at the Organizer’s reasonable request.
10. Representation by the entrant. By submitting the entry the entrant certifies that the information submitted by the entrant via Giveaway application form is honest and accurate, including the review. The entrant represents that the entrant has all necessary rights to the information submitted via Giveaway application form and that the entrant is not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it or using it on Giveaway application form. In case information submitted by the entrant via Giveaway application form features any third party e.g. in the photo, the entrant must ensure and confirms that all the necessary photo releases or permissions have been obtained from any such third party for the purpose of participation in the Giveaway as per these Rules.
11. Indemnification. The entrant hereby agrees to hold harmless the Organizer its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, from and against any claims raised by any third party at any time due to the entrants breach of these Rules.
12. Waiver. By participating in this Giveaway, the entrant agrees that the Organizer will have no liability whatsoever (jointly and severally) for, and will not be held liable by the entrant (jointly and severally) for any intellectual property-related claims, bodily injury, loss, cost or damage of any kind to people, including death and property damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your creation, use, or intended use of your entry, participation in this Giveaway, and the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the subscription.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction. The Giveaway and these Rules will be governed by the laws of State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the entrant and the Organizer, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in State of North Carolina, USA having jurisdiction.
14. Privacy. By participating in this Giveaway, the entrant agrees that the Organizer as the data controller will process entrant's personal data (name, email address, account name, store data, photo). Purposes of data processing include organizing the Giveaway, communication with the entrant, selection of the winner and awarding the Prize. The entrant's data will be processed based on:

- entrants consent, which entrant can withdraw at any time by contacting the Organizer;
- the Organizer’s legitimate interests, such as the promotion of the Organizer’s brand and other marketing purposes, as well as detecting fraud, abuse, other malicious activities, and/or enforcing or defending the Organizer’s legal rights.
Provision of entrants personal data is voluntary. Entrants' personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes and as long as there is a legal basis for data processing. For example, if the entrant withdraws entrant consent, entrants' data will be deleted if it is not required to enforce or defend the Organizer’s legal rights. Please see the Organizer’s Privacy Policy for details regarding the sharing of personal data with third parties, data subject’s rights, and information security.
15. Language. These Rules have been originally drafted in English and translated into Japanese. In case of any discrepancies the English version of the Rules shall prevail.
