No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. The contest is for registered Printful store owners, giving them a chance to get a USD 5 Printful coupon code and win one of the main prizes (“Prize”) in exchange for showing their skill in marketing their eco-friendly products and growing their store (“Contest”).
- 1. Eligibility. Only registered Printful store owners can enter the Contest. Legal residents from the State of Rhode Island (USA), Quebec (Canada), or Australia do not qualify for the Main Prize. Only one entry per user is permissible. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not comply with the requirements as per these Rules.
- 2. Organizer. The Organizer of the Contest is AS “Printful Latvia” on behalf of Printful, Inc. (“Organizer” or “Printful”).
- 3. Deadline. Contest entry starts on January 9, 2023, 12:01 a.m. (PT), and closes on February 9, 2023, 11:59 p.m. (PT) (“Entry Period”). The Contest for the Main Prizes starts on February 1, 2023, 12:01 a.m. (PT), and closes on February 28, 2023, 11:59 p.m. (PT) (“Contest Period”). To be eligible for the Contest, the entrant must enter the Contest during the Entry Period. Entries after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
- Prize. There are two types of Prizes:
- USD 5 Printful coupon code.
- Main Prize, as defined in Section 4.3.–4.5. of these Rules.
- All entrants that are eligible for the Contest will receive a USD 5 Printful coupon code. Three winning entrants are eligible for receiving the Main Prize:
- The first place receives USD 1,000.00 (one thousand US dollars and 00 cents) transferred to their Printful wallet.
- The second place receives USD 750.00 (seven hundred fifty US dollars and 00 cents) transferred to their Printful wallet.
- The third place receives USD 500.00 (five hundred US dollars and 00 cents) transferred to their Printful wallet.
- None of the Prizes can be withdrawn from the winners’ Printful Wallet. If the winner uses a different currency (not USD) in their Printful Wallet, the Prize will be converted using the ECB exchange rate on the date of the transfer.
- Requirements to receive a USD 5 Printful coupon code: An entrant is eligible to receive a USD 5 Printful coupon code if the entrant has added at least one of the following products to their store during the Entry Period:
- Requirements to receive the Main Prize: An entrant is eligible to receive the Main Prize if the entrant:
- Has completed the task defined under Section 5 of the Rules during the Entry Period.
- Has agreed to participate in the Contest by Subscribing from the Contest Page during the Entry Period.
- Is not a legal resident of the State of Rhode Island (USA), Quebec (Canada), or Australia.
- Has had at least one eco-friendly product sale fulfilled by the Organizer during the Contest Period.
- Has achieved the top 3 highest eco-friendly product sales in total order cost on Printful stores to their Printful account compared to other entrants within the Contest Period.
- Note: The total order cost refers to the costs indicated on the Printful website, including the product price, digitization, and other service fees, if applicable, excluding taxes. For example, if an entrant pays USD 9.90 on the Printful website (including any service fees) and sells the item for USD 30.00, the order cost is USD 9.90. If the winner uses a different currency (not USD) in their Printful Wallet, the Main Prize will be converted using the ECB exchange rate on the date of the transfer.
- If several entrants have achieved the same total order cost, the Main Prize will be awarded to the entrant with the highest number of orders submitted to Printful during the Contest Period. If two or more entrants have the same total order cost and number of orders submitted to Printful during the Contest Period, the entrant who has achieved this number first is determined as the winner.
- If the entrant has not fulfilled the requirements set out in Section 6, the entrant will not qualify for the Contest.
- Prize announcement. Three winners of the Main Prize will be notified by March 17, 2023, using their registered Printful email address. The full names of the winners, as well as the name and the link to their highest-grossing store, will be published on the Organizer’s website. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Main Prize within 48 hours after the email has been sent to the winner, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Main Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner—the entrant with the next highest total order cost, or the entrant with the next highest amount of orders submitted to Printful. If that entrant has already been awarded another Main Prize, they’ll be given the highest of the two Main Prizes, and the lowest of the two Main Prizes will be given to the entrant with the next highest total order cost.
- Waiver. By participating in the Contest, the entrant agrees that the Organizer will have no liability whatsoever (jointly and severally) for, and will be held harmless by the entrant (jointly and severally) for any liability for any intellectual property-related claims, bodily injury, loss, cost, or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your creation, use, or intended use of your entry, participation in the Contest, and the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prizes.
- Confirmation that the entrant has read, understands, and agrees to the Rules. By entering the Contest, the entrant hereby represents and warrants that they have read these Rules and are fully familiar with its contents and that the entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
- Modifications. The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Rules at any time. The entrant shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. The Contest and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction.
- Privacy. By participating in this Contest, the entrant agrees that the Organizer as the data controller will process their personal data (full name, place of residence, email address, store name, and web link) in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. Purposes of data processing include organizing the Contest, completing the contest requirements, communicating with the entrant, selecting the winners, announcing winners on the Organizer’s website, and awarding the Prize. The entrant’s data will be processed based on:
- their consent, which the entrant can withdraw at any time by contacting the Organizer;
- the Organizer’s legitimate interests, such as the promotion of the Organizer’s brand and other marketing purposes, as well as detecting fraud, abuse, other malicious activities, and/or enforcing or defending the Organizer’s legal rights.
- Provision of the entrant’s personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the above-mentioned personal data will automatically exclude the entrant from participation in the Contest. The entrant’s personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, and as long as there is a legal basis for data processing. For example, if the entrant withdraws their consent, their data will be deleted if it is not required to enforce or defend the Organizer’s legal rights. Please see the Organizer’s Privacy Policy for details regarding the sharing of personal data with third parties, data subject’s rights, and information security.
- Language. These Rules have been originally drafted in English and translated into German, French, and Spanish. In case of any discrepancies between different translations of these Rules, the English version of the Rules shall prevail.
