When we run coupon campaigns, you can use unique codes to enjoy free shipping or discounts on your orders. While each campaign has its own specific eligibility criteria, there are a few standard rules that apply to all Printful promotions to ensure a fair experience for everyone.
- Coupon codes can’t be exchanged for cash
- Coupon codes can’t be used for sample orders
- Coupon codes can’t be combined with each other
- New accounts can’t be created to benefit from coupon codes
- Coupon codes can’t be shared or promoted on coupon sites
- If a coupon value is defined in a currency different from the currency you use in your Printful account (e.g., the coupon value is USD 5, and you use EUR), then we’ll apply the equivalent of this value in your currency (the equivalent of USD 5 in EUR based on the current exchange rate)
- Coupon codes can only be applied when placing the order; they can't be applied afterwards by editing the order.
We kindly ask that you not abuse Printful coupons by violating the rules mentioned above. If you abuse Printful coupons, you’ll be contacted by our Support Team, and your account may be permanently suspended.

How to use Printful coupons
If you received a coupon code through an email campaign, it will be sent to your email after you complete the survey or meet the other conditions outlined in the campaign.
Once you have your coupon code, you can use it at checkout by entering it in the Discounts field during the Review & pay step.
If you don’t see the email with your coupon code, please check your spam or junk folder. To ensure you receive our emails, we recommend whitelisting these email addresses:
