The Promo Maker, the Background Removal Tool, and the Custom Mockup Maker are free for all Printful customers starting April 12, 2023, and the Pro and Plus subscription plans are discontinued.
Some of the other features of the Printful Pro plan, like the Keyword Scout and carrier-based shipping, are discontinued. The option to use free digitization or free Premium Images won't be available anymore and they'll be charged on a per-usage basis.

What happens if I still have days left to use my subscription after the discontinuation date?
You’ll receive a refund for all the days left in your billing cycle after April 12, 2023. The refund will appear in your account within 3 business days.
Do I need to do something to be part of the free plan after April 12?
No, you’ll get automatic free access to the Promo Maker, the Background Removal Tool, and the Custom Mockup Maker on the date the subscriptions are discontinued.
What happens to my products created with Premium Tools if I cancel my subscription before April 12?
If you cancel your subscription and your billing cycle ends before April 12, fulfillment restrictions will apply to the products you’ve created using Premium Tools until they are made available free for everyone.

What happens to my products containing Premium Images?
Once the Pro subscription is disabled, you’ll be charged $1 plus tax per placement per order containing a product with Premium Images. If you cancel your subscription before April 12, the same costs will apply—either once your billing cycle finishes or on the date of the discontinuation.
Will I have to pay for my digitized designs?
If a file has been digitized during the active Pro subscription period, you can use it without any additional fees after the subscription is discontinued or canceled. All files added after the Pro subscription discontinuation will have regular digitization fees.
What happens to the Keyword Scout and the Carrier-Based shipping features?
The Keyword Scout and Carrier-Based shipping are discontinued on April 12, 2023, along with the subscription plans.
What happens to my products containing Pro Clipart?
The Premium Clipart graphics included in the Pro subscription plan will be made available for all users, so you’ll be able to continue using them at no extra cost.
