On May 11, along with reducing prices for some DTG bestsellers, we increased shipping rates for shirts and hoodies. Due to an error on our side, the changes also went into effect for a variety of other products in the US, Europe, the UK, and Canada.
We’ll issue refunds for all impacted orders registered after May 11. You can expect your refund in three weeks.
