How do I change the shipping profile for the products added from May 11 to May 25?

Due to a technical error, products added to Etsy and Shopify stores from May 11 to May 25 resulted in having wrong shipping profiles and higher shipping costs for your customers in the US, Europe, the UK, and Canada. If you use free shipping or live rates on your Etsy/Shopify store, then your rates aren’t affected, and no action is needed from you.

There are two ways to assign the correct Etsy/Shopify profiles shipping for the affected products:

1. Identify these products from the product list below, and delete them from your Shopify/Etsy store. Then add them back to your listing, and the correct shipping profile will be restored.
   Resyncing your products on Shopify/Etsy stores won’t assign the correct shipping profile.
   
2. If, for some reason, you can’t delete the listing, follow the step-by-step guide on how to manually set the right shipping profile for Shopify and Etsy stores.

Steps for setting the correct shipping rate on Shopify

1. Go through the full list of the affected products below and check if you added any of those products to your store from May 11 to May 25.
2. Go to the Printful Product Catalog or the Product Templates section and add one of the affected products of the hoodie/t-shirt shipping rate category to your store again. This action will result in having the accurate shipping profile on your Shopify store.
3. On Shopify, go to Settings, then Shipping and Delivery, and find the newly added shipping profile.
   
   
4. Click Manage on the right shipping profile.
5. Select Manage products.
   
6. Assign the selected shipping profile to all affected products on your store: tick the check box next to it, and click Done.
   
7. Click the Save button on the top right corner to assign the correct shipping profile.

Steps to take to set the correct shipping rate on Etsy

1. Go through the full list of the affected products below and check if you added any of those products to your store from May 11 to May 25.
2. Go to the Printful Product Catalog or the Product Templates section and add one of the affected products of the hoodie/t-shirt shipping rate category to your store again. This action will result in having the accurate shipping profile on your Etsy store.
   
3. On Etsy, go to the Shop dashboard section and select Listings.
   
4. Select one of your affected products.
5. Head to the Shipping section and click the Change button.
   
6. Find the correct shipping profile and click Apply.
   
7. Save the changes by clicking Publish changes. This will ensure that you apply the right shipping profile to your product.
