I use Ecwid’s Venture plan, and my orders fail to sync/get fulfilled with Printful. Why?

One of the most common reasons for this is incorrect option names on Ecwid. For your Ecwid orders to sync with Printful, make sure to use Size and Color (not Sizes and Colors) as option names for your product variations.
